Midland Flow has officially become part of Dacke Industri following the acquisition of the business from Rotork plc.

Completed on 5 March 2026, the acquisition marks the beginning of a new chapter for the Wolverhampton-based manufacturer while maintaining the engineering expertise, products and customer relationships the business has built over more than 60 years.

As part of the acquisition, the company has been renamed Midland Flow Ltd and now forms part of the Air Technology Business Area within Dacke Industri’s Air & Mechatronics division.

A Strong Foundation for Growth

Midland Flow has built its reputation on designing and manufacturing high-quality pneumatic and hydraulic control products, particularly under the Midland ACS and Alcon brands.

The company supplies solenoid valves, instrumentation and engineered control solutions for demanding industrial applications across sectors including oil & gas, chemical processing, rail, power and sustainable energy.

Joining Dacke Industri gives Midland Flow the backing of an international engineering group while allowing the business to continue developing the specialist products and technical support its customers rely on.
